don’t make assumption
find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness, and drama. with just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life. (from four agreements)……but if ppl say what they want us to know (not the truth), should let it be or should follow this agreement.
ความรักและความเคารพสร้างความสำเร็จในการทำงาน
เมื่อสมัยเรายังเด็ก เราเรียนรู้ที่จะเล่นร่วมกับคนอื่น เรียนรู้ที่จะรับรู้ความรู้สึกของผู้อื่น รู้จักความเห็นอกเห็นใจ ให้อภัยกัน รู้จักรับ รู้จักให้ รู้จักแบ่งปัน เรียนรู้ที่จะไหว้ผู้ใหญ่ เรียนรู้ที่จะไม่โกหก เรียนรู้ที่จะต้องช่วยเหลือผู้อื่น เมื่อเราเป็นผู้ใหญ่ สิ่งเหล่านี้สามารถนำมาใช้ในการทำงาน โดยมีนิยามสั้น ๆ เพียง 2 คำ คือ ความรัก และความเคารพ
ความรัก
เมื่อคุณรักในงานที่ทำ คุณจะอยากตื่นแต่เช้าเพื่อมาทำงาน ความรักทำให้คุณสนุกกับงานที่ทำแม้จะเจองานหนัก ทำให้คุณกระตือรือร้น มีพลังทำให้คุณยังยิ้มได้แม้เจออุปสรรค ทำให้คุณเปิดรับไอเดียใหม่ ๆ ได้อย่างไม่รู้เบื่อ
ในขณะเดียวกัน เราสามารถเผื่อแผ่ความรักให้แก่คนรอบข้าง หรือคนในที่ทำงานได้ง่าย ๆ เพื่อสร้างบรรยากาศแห่งความรักในที่ทำงาน รักเพื่อนร่วมงาน รักลูกน้อง รักเจ้านาย ยิ่งทุกคนมีความรักต่อกัน การทำงานร่วมกัน หรือประสานงานกันก็ราบรื่นยิ่งขึ้น ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพ และความก้าวหน้าในการทำงาน
การจะเป็นคนที่ถูกรักนั้นไม่ยากเลย เพียงแค่คุณมอบความรักให้ผู้อื่นอย่างจริงใจ ห่วงใยเอาใจใส่ผู้อื่นเสมอ คุณย่อมได้รับการปฏิบัติตอบด้วยความรักเช่นเดียวกัน
ความเคารพ
เป็นเรื่องของการวางตัว และมีมาตรฐานในการทำงาน หากคุณต้องการให้ผู้อื่นเคารพคุณ คุณต้องแสดงให้เห็นถึงความซื่อสัตย์ ความยุติธรรม ความรับผิดชอบ การรักษาสัญญา การมีมาตรฐานในการทำงาน
บริษัทที่ทุกคนให้ความเคารพกัน อ่อนน้อมต่อกัน ให้เกียรติกัน รู้บทบาทของแต่ละคน ไม่ก้าวล้ำเส้น ไม่เบียดเบียนผู้อื่น จะเป็นองค์กรที่สามารถขับเคลื่อนได้เร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ
เมื่อคุณเป็นคนน่ารัก ทุกคนจะรักคุณ เมื่อคุณทำตัวเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี ทุกคนจะเคารพคุณ และนี่คือสองปัจจัยที่มีส่วนสำคัญให้คุณประสบความสำเร็จในการทำงาน
